To Factory: I'm installing a ProMariner Galvanic Isolator and am trying to find a good place to mount it but primarily, intercept the true shore inlet cable (black, white, green/ground) close to the main AC switch panel. No room to mount it anywhere else or to locate the in-boat shore wiring.
Removing the AC switch panel face, there is a white large cable (with the black, white, green/ground) that has the hand-written notation: "Shore Panel".
Other large white cables are entitled such as: Microwave, Hot Water Heater, A/C, etc.
Is the cable that is marked "Shore Panel" the main cable that leads back to the shore power inlet fixture? If so, I'd interrupt that green/ground from that cable and mount the Isolator under the AC panel box.
Thanks, Bob
