C242 24/7 fuses

Our aft bilge pump is not working from the helm switch. I’m trying to troubleshoot this and looked everywhere for the 24/7 fuses with no luck. Can you help me locate them on a 2017 242 outboard?

Hi there Kristi!

The 24s have changed a lot since then, but you should be able to find the 24/7 fuse panel in the rear inboard corner of the quarter berth. I'm going from memory, but there is a "rat fur" (the affectionate term for the lovely white "carpeting" in the qberth) panel in the lower inside aft corner, just below the electrical panel, that has fuse panels behind it. You can find the screws in that panel by feeling at the corners. Hopefully that will help get you started but let us know.

Hi Ralf, thanks for the info. It was exactly where you said it was, just a bit of a puzzle to get to. Seven screws and three different fur covered pieces had to be removed. Unfortunately the fuse was not the issue.
