My 2015 C30 CB starter motor will not engage. After a successful 2021 winter storage and getting ready to launch in May 2022 at the beginning of last season the starter did engage. It almost started but battery became drained so I charged the battery overnight and went to attempt to start the motor and there was "nothing"-no starter engagement - maybe a click-but it did not make a sound similar an auto relay. I read the throttle neutral position may be culprit but it did seem be. I was thinking it was a Volvo Penta software code re-set thing.
I replaced all batteries and still the same result.
The only clue I find is the bridge Volvo LCD display is not lit so I can not press ignition/start from up top, but the throttle neutral is lit. I never start the boat from the bridge anyway.
Any suggestions?
Also, I am looking for a service center in Massachusetts, New Hampshire or Maine to bring my Cutwater C30CB to so I do not miss another season.
Thanks,
Irish Rake
