I cant find the switch that would operate the chrome flood light on top of the boat? anyone know how to operate this light?

It's a black flat plastic plate with multi function switches arranged in a circle to move it up and down, left and right. On the right side of helm, maybe on the side with the throttle - can't remember.
 
The spotlight will only work when NAV lights are on. That frustrated me a bit too at first.
