I own a 2018 Cutwater C-302 Coupe luxury edition. This will be our 3rd summer and we have enjoyed the boat & have allowed many interested boaters inspect the boat. We have told them of it's outstanding features.
Only 2 problems I believe need addressing:
1. I need a owners manual that applies to my boat. I was given a Cutwater 30 inboard engine manual and I have 2 outboards. At least 20% of the manual has minor to major discrepancies. Electrical Schematic and Power Distribution is really a concerning and a potential safety concern for service techs to use.
2. The Rule automatic bilge pump, shower pump, stern pump are only lasting 1 year or less. This product needs to be reconsidered. There is an implied 3 year warranty, however you have to go to the manufacturer not West Marine or Pocket Yacht who sold us the boat.

i have my bilge pumps from 2012? Are they running all the time? or is this the new type that turns on automatically to test for water?

I have the type that senses the water depth.

Hi cereed630! Just chiming in to let you know that there is a bit of good news on the manual front. We have the 302 manual going through final revisions. Unfortunately I cannot tell you when it will be done, due to the hindrance tossed at us with the Coronavirus shutdown. Please bear with us and check back periodically. We will announce the new manuals as soon as they become available.

For the bilge pumps, Cutwater28GG had the perfect question. Not knowing how old your boat is, it would help if you could let us know which type you have installed and perhaps the age of the boat so we can help determine what the issue might be.

Thanks!

Hi Cereed630,

A few more details on the manuals, I have the C-302 and a few other manuals being passed between departments for proofing and approval right now. Thank you so much for your patience. We will post a link to it here as soon as it's done. Owner's Manuals are one of the items on the top of the list to be completed during this time.

As always, feel free to reach out with any specific questions in the meantime. thank you.

My boat is year 2018.
I have an automatic bilge pump without float switches. Rule Model 27SA - 1100 GPH
