Hello and thank you for the post.
The closest thing we do is offer a factory delivery program that allows you to come out and take delivery of your new boat spending two or three days on the water learning all about these types of things. This is a full two day class on your exact boat that allows you to learn the ins and outs of your boat from the people who build them.
For those of you who have already taken delivery, we also do a rendezvous every year in September that brings people from all over the country to allow you to meet other boaters, learn more about your boats and ask direct questions to the factory and many of our suppliers. This year we had a team of Volvo mechanics, Garmin professionals, Side Power thruster gurus and many more. Not to mention, there were over 100 boats and their owners in attendance.
Oh, I almost forgot. We have a two day class on cruising and going into Canada in March as well as a mini cruise to Poets Cove (Bedwell Harbor, BC) in June and the grand finale cruise to Desolation Sound in July that would be great opportunities for our customers to come with their boats and get hands on personal technical support.
With that being said, we have a pretty busy schedule and you are all most welcome to attend any one or all of those events but there will certainly be more in store coming soon. 😀
