Dometic marine air

My ac heating system on my 2015 cutwater is dead . The breaker is on and the system is connected to shore power.
I purchased a new control module thinking that might be the issue but no joy. I get no response from the control unit. Can you help me?

The troubleshooting can be a bit vague in the manual. I have had a few issues with my fan not coming on and then shutting the system down. I found the installation of the circuit board to be in a tough place to troubleshoot. In the cave behind the compressor. I called Dometic customer service/ technical support 800-542-2477 located in Florida. They are very helpful. A good detailed description of your issue given to them will help them sort out possible faults. Good Luck.

Thank you for posting. I had also sent you an email this morning checking in on this. If you could send us a detailed description to the issues along with some answers to the questions I had emailed would be a good start. We can certainly provide some troubleshooting advice on the installation side and Dometic would be a good one to provide advice as to what the problem could be on the unit side.
