EVA Foam Traction Decking

On our 2024 R27 OB, the adhesive on our foam decking is failing, on the swim platform but also on some of the panels in the cockpit.

I'm wondering about best practices for repair:
1) how to remove the old adhesive from the non-skin as well as the underside of the foam decking (Goo-gone, acetone, mineral spirits, or other recommended product)
2) what specific adhesive to use to reattach the foam decking, and
3) proper technique to apply the new adhesive.

Use acetone for stubborn residue, then wipe the area with isopropyl alcohol and allow the surface to dry completely. Apply a light, even coat of 3M Hi-Strength 90 Spray Adhesive to both the underside of the Raptor Decking and the fiberglass or gelcoat surface. Allow the adhesive to flash off until it becomes tacky and is no longer wet, then carefully press the decking back into place. Apply firm, even pressure and use a roller if available, paying extra attention to the edges and corners. Keep the repaired area dry and avoid heavy use for approximately 24 hours to allow the adhesive to fully bond.
