Heat on the hard

I've tried searching the forum a few different way but found no results that answer my question. I have a 2016 Cutwater 30 east coast. Can I run my heat when the boat is out of the water?

If you are talking diesel heater yes. If it is heat pump no it needs water to work.

if on the hard I use electric heaters plugged into 110v. (engine and dehumidifier types in the cabin)
