HIN Location on R-25?

Hi - I hate to ask, because I can't believe I haven't been able to locate it yet, but i just bought a 2021 Ranger Tug, R-25 and can't locate the HIN!! Is it somewhere on the starboard stern and I am just missing it??? Thanks in advance for the help!
 
It's hard to see if the boat is in the water, but it is located under the swim step, Stbd side, above the white trailering backlight on the transom.
