Hot water Tank Fuse?

My hot water heater on my 2019 C30 is not heating, the light comes on when turning on at the AC panel and it heats when I run the engine, but not off of the AC switch. What is the process to problem solve this?

Isotemp, I assume, Turn off Power, remove front cover (4 Screws), thee should be a thermal cutout (overheat) red button on top of the thermostat, reset it. First, try and figure out why it popped? MIne overheated when it was accidently turned on with no water in tank....
