HVAC filter?

We're new owners of a 2025 R27. We have a boat doggy who likes to curl up against the vent under the dinette table, behind the helm seat. The doggy in question is a German Shepherd Dog, which are known to shed quite a lot. We're just back from our first week cruising the Chesapeake Bay.

Is there a filter to change or any other maintenance we ought to consider because of our furry friend?

We always have on board a battery powered wet dry vac.

The vent can collect some hair, and there’s also a filter on the AC unit itself. The vent screen can be removed to access the AC filter, but it’s a bit difficult to reach. I recommend keeping the vent below the helm seat as clear as possible to maintain airflow.
