I just purchased a new, Solara 250 DC. LOVE the boat!
Problem... it is supposed to come with an aft and forward sunscreen. The aft is perfect, no complaints.
The forward one included the 2 carbon fiber poles necessary to install, but no reasonable sunscreen material for the shade. There were 2 odd shaped pieces that do not fit the boat in any conceivable configuration I tried! I believe they are for a different model.
I reached out to my dealer 2 times... radio silence.
How can I get some help here.
(I also own a 2018 Ranger Tug R31-CB, and have always had great support from Fluid Motion!).
