My software is up to date (I’ve re-installed it several times) and I have tried cutting power and trying again to no avail.
Anyone else have this problem or can provide any help?

This has happened occasionally to me. When it does, I push the menu key on the AutoPilot display (not the chart-plotter) and then “Follow Route”. This assumes that you are getting the magenta colored route displayed on the chart-plotter. There are occasions, however, where even the “Follow Route” option does not appear on the autopilot display.. If this occurs then I stop the route and start over with a new one and that usually takes care of it.
