Outside sink tap

Hi my sink tap leaks at both with the tap closed and with the button on the top closed. I. E. Water dribbles out even with both turned off causing the pump to run.

I can't see how these are serviceable with new washers? Are they?
If not do you sell the same unit?

Hello. The outside sink faucet will not shut completely down with just the button on the faucet head but should with the cold and hot knobs at the base. I do believe there is a rebuild kit for these and also believe that the most common failure is from sitting over the winter without winterizing the exterior faucet.
