Portable Battery Generator Use Such as Bluetti

Is anyone using a portable battery generator as 30 amp shore power when anchoring to supplement the house battery bank. I have a 2024 Cutwater 288 with the lithium house batteries and am looking for something to supplement while anchoring overnight. If you are using one of these, what manufacturer and model are you using, and what experience have you had with it? I see lots of people using these on RV's but cannot find much information on boat use. Thanks

I use a Bluetti Elite 200 V2 as shorepower. I get 20amps out of it if I recall. If were to do it today I’d get the Elite 300 with the 30A shorepower plug instead of using a 20A adapter. I’ve tried to run the electric grill off it and I believe it was a bit underpowered, but that was through shore power and next time I’ll try plugging the grill into it directly.
It’s a great addition - between the Bluetti and the 440W solar up top I’ve got zero power worries in my R27 NW with AGMs. My biggest question now is how to recharge the Bluetti, if it’s ever needed. Gut tells me to use the cigarette adapter and draw 100w - so very slow - and use solar to replenish.

I use a Bluetti AC 180 plugged into the shore power receptacle of my C 28. Works great. This provides 15 amps. Nice supplement. I have a generator but with the AC 180 I don't have run it as much.

Using it a lot right now as power has been out at my marina.
