As a first step you should dismantle the spray head to check for clogged screens in the head. If you are in luck clearing these screens will solve the problem. If not, the next step is to detach the spray head hose at the point this hose attaches to an under sink copper pipe. Under the sink there are three copper pipes, one attached to each of the hot and cold lines and the third, the one you need to detach, which feeds the hot/cold blended water up to the spray head. The connection is a brass sleeve held the copper tube's fitting by a small Phillips screw. Reaching this connection is more than a bit awkward and generally requires the use of a mirror to see what needs to be done. The screw should be loosened but not removed. Removing the screw generally results in the screw being dropped and possibly lost. In the freed end of the spray had hose will see a small anti-backflow valve. This valve is prone to becoming clogged. I removed this valve and chucked it. Prior to reassembly be sure that the O-ring seal for the fitting is still in place.
