We took delivery of an R31S in August from Long Beach Yacht. Great people wonderful dealer. We did sea trials going to Catalina Island, Avalon and Two Harbors, all set up by Ray and Jan Jones LBYS. Then back to Marina at long beach, they pulled the tug and shipped it here to New Mexico. On a Ranger E-Z Loader, you want a bunk style trailer for sure, an expensive aluminum trailer but it fits the boat like a T. I have an F-350 dual wheel diesel 4X4 probably over kill, It works great to get out of my shed and back yard. 12 mpg loaded or empty. Mountain roads to Navaho Lake Colorado/ New Mexico boarder. The high mountain lakes needed a 19x19 prop to achieve full RPMs were talking 6,600' above sea level. The new prop did the trick and I have the original one when I come back to sea level. Lake Powell in May when water comes up only 2,300' above sea level then truck to Bellingham Washington in July-August. 🙂 My wife is the Pilot I am the captain we have radios to help us load and unload, something we worked on at local lake Abiquiu 10 min from house. Working on getting out of this job so we can enjoy Tugnutting full time
