R27 Cleats - Steel backed? (Rough mooring)

Are the cleats on the 2021 R27 backed with a steel plate? My club requires this as storms and storm surge here can cause a lot of strain on the cleats. I am rigged to the dock with steel springs and pulleys.

Do I need to take apart the boat or am I fine?

They are backed with steel plates, but have large washers, and the boat has reinforced material around the cleats for added strength.
