In your settings menu there should be a choice of "Orientation". You can select North Up, Course Up, or Heading Up.
I prefer heading up, so that what's in front of me is at the top of the screen, but many people prefer North Up so that it looks like a paper chart.

From the radar page / change front of boat offset to 180 degrees and test.
