Ranger Tug R23 Window Leaks

I recently purchased a 2020 Ranger Tug R-23 (Sua Sponte) # FMLT2350B020 with water leaks and wood damage to both aft side windows. Would itbe possible to receive instructions on how to reseal the windows (even a video of it being done) and descriptions of the wood (or pieces of the wood used) for replacement of the damaged sections.

The inside frame on the windows can be removed and the window themselves have gasket/sealant. You can remove them with a plastic putty knife or something soft to break the seal on the windows. The wood we use is a teak plywood finish supplied by Sierra.

What do you use as a sealant?

The window has gasket and sealant. The sealant is 291 Sikaflex. We also use trim-lok on the windows. Here is the part number: X1333HT

Thanks! Any idea why it should have leaked and is there anything to do to prevent it, particularly on the other windows?

There are not much from preventing leaks on the windows.
