My remote monitor for my ProMariner charger/inverter is showing a red status light instead of green. What does the red light indicate? My charger/inverter has a blinking yellow light is that normal? I have turned the power to the charger/inverter off and on but still no green light. I disconnected and reconnected the cable from the back of the remote monitor and still I have a red light. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

There are a few issues that could be going on and is hard to tell by just the red led being on, does it beep or flash while the red light is on? There is a guide that gives you an idea of what is going on in the manual for the inverter/charger. If you do not have the manual you can always contact ProMariner direct though their website. Also what year is the boat? This helps with knowing exactly which inverter/charger combo you have as we have changed inverter/chargers from ProMariner to Kiase.
