Yes, FM staff respond to posts on a regular basis. They are usually very helpful.
Probably not so fast for posts made at 3 PM on a Friday afternoon or on the weekends though.
I’d recommend calling them directly if you need a faster response.
 
I think it's in FM's interest to put more time in replies to 'Ask CW or RT' on Tugnuts. I typically search first on Tugnuts; send emails to known contacts; get someone on the phone, in that order.

Many of us have developed factory contacts and, in some cases, spent hours on a particular issue. While that may be great for us, it's not a scalable model and the knowledge is lost for others.

I very much appreciate the community support, however, there are some questions where I'd like to see an 'official' reply from FM.
 
I just did a quick tally of replies posted by current and recent members of the support team, just 6 of many who have made up the outstanding group. There are 2,200+ informative posts.

The team is hustling. All. The. Time. As mentioned by Rocky Lou and scross direct contact (email or phone) works best if timeliness is an issue.

Every new thread directed to the factory is screened, daily (even weekends), and forwarded to the team. So are follow-up questions. When they can sit down and review the posts they either respond, or let the team know the question has already been answered by one (or many) of the knowledgeable and helpful members of the Tugnuts community.

Thanks to the team and all the members who help grow the knowledge base and keep the pleasure in pleasure boating.
