Congrats on the new boat! You have made a wise choice, indeed!
My wife and I flew up from California for opening night of the Boat Show. Andrew, Kenny, Ivan, Jeff, David, Sara, and the rest of the Ranger Tug folks are a delight to visit with. It is something more than good service with these boats. You are part of a community supported by smart, talented, responsive and friendly staff that back a superior product. We could not be more pleased with our choice to join the Ranger Tug "cult" three years ago. And we adore our 27 as you will too.
We went up to sit in the new 29S and to hang out with the Ranger Tug staff. Not to hijack the thread, but the new 29 is a terrific boat. We loved it. It is decidedly not a traditional tug, having more in common with the Cutwater line than the Ranger Tug line (for proof, if you are at the show, walk through the 29 and then stroll over and walk through the Cutwater 30). This is why I called it a Tugwater in an earlier post. Still, this boat is going to be a hit. I have no doubts about it. We will eventually move up into this boat, but are in no hurry (and are waiting to see the command bridge version).
Enjoy!
