Both of the hoses that telescope out of the sink faucets have broken (kitchen and head). The cheesy metal casing breaks off of the spray head leaving only the rubber hose that's supposed to be protecting by the casing attached. Anyone else experienced this?

Yes. I have the exact same problem. My dealer is working with the factory on getting me replacements.

How long did it take to get to this situation ?

Mine was like that day 1 for the galley sink. The issue for me was how it was installed. All the lines (supply and the hose) were jammed into a single slot in the mounting plate. Nothing could move so the metal sheathing broke right off. Once I get the replacement I’ve been waiting on, I’ll reinstall properly. Should be simple.

I had this problem too. The metal casing that is supposed to protect the rubber hose is only attached to the sprayer head by a small (thin) plastic piece... which broke. Since I suspected that the breakage was probably self-inflicted by my kids, I ended up ordering a new hose directly from the manufacturer. In the event that the factory can't help, here are some details of my experience:

Picture of broken part: gallery2.php?g2_itemId=64652
Product URL: www.itc-marine.com/product/dual-functio ... en-faucet/
Contact for purchasing hose: sales@ITC-US.COM or chars@ITC-US.COM
Price for Hose: $24.80 (be careful you don't get the hose & sprayer head combo).
