Stern seat purchase

I bought a 2014 C-28 last fall, with a live well in the place of the stern seat. I removed the live well to replace it with the seat.
A request to order the replacement seat from the factory was met with a, we are to busy response.
I asked the broker we bought the boat from to order it, which they did last October.
The charge was $1,988.60.
What has finally arrived is the frame, with no cushions!
Do you really sell a frame without cushions, when the request was to replace the seat?

We have addressed your email and our parts manager has ordered you a seat. We always try to help but our main focus right now is on quality and support. This will be a good reminder for us that we are not suited to do the aftermarket additions at this time. We will complete this one for you with the seat so we can get past this.

Even mistakes are opportunities for great customer experiences, and it seems like Ranger has that dialed in.

DEALERS are the Key! If the DEALER does not support the sale the Manufacturer suffers.

I wonder what the dealership agreements are?

These Ranger Tug and Cutwater boats are great products, but the dealership has to support the sales.
