Stuffing box

Hi

I’m hoping you can tell me the manufacturer and model of the stuffing box on my 2015 Cutwater with the D435. One of the studs has lost some threads and I need to replace them.

The stuffing box and packing nut on our 2015 R-29 (and, I believe, for Cutwater) is provided by Marine Hardware, Inc. You can view their catalog online.

Hi Simon,

The stuffing box is indeed a Marine Hardware unit, as gwishon mentioned. It is a 1.75 gland style, with Cutless bearing. Part number was FLUDSPGF1.75B3.0, but that may have changed on their end. Hope this helps.
