Underwater lights shorting out on R27

I just replaced the fuse last week for my underwater lights on my R27 to get them working. Turned them on last night and they shorted out immediately. Is this a common issue, anything I may be doing to cause it?

Most likely the lights themselves are shorting out. It could have a bad seal on the lights themselves.
