what can be done to make our 2020 R27OB clear 8t bridges???

If it’s even possible, you would probably have to lose the radar and mast at least. Solar panels, side navigation lights, and the “smokestack” would be hard to remove. We can get under a 10’ bridge in our R27 OB but that’s with the mast and antennas folded and I believe our air draft is about 9.5 feet (in fresh water). Full fuel and water might gain a little more air draft. Maybe somebody has tried to determine the minimum air draft possible for that boat and will share their research.

Thanks! We will definitely load up on fuel and water, and make accurate measurements as we hav an intrresting canal to explore if we can get down to 8 ft... mast and radar may have to be removed
