Hello Everyone,

I wanted to share with you a project I just completed on my Cutwater 28. I installed a Watermaker that produces approx.
12 gallons of fresh water per hour. I placed the pressure vessel assy in the aft seat compartment and the rest of the system in the engine compartment, behind the diesel engine. The product water is plumbed directly into the fresh water tank. I installed a fresh water flush attachment as well. So you can purge the system of salt water after you are done making water.
The sediment filter is mounted inside a clear housing, giving you a good visual on when to replace the cartridge.

I have a portable 2kw Yamaha Generator that use to power the system...

Take a look at my album, I've uploaded photos of the installation. any questions just pm me or call me @360-981-2325 for more info.
Thanks,
Dana Thomas

Hello Dana,

Yes, it looks like a very neat, clean professional installation.

To clarifiy...it produces HOW MUCH water? 12 gpH or 12gal/DAY.

Must be per HOUR, right?

The water maker I installed is Manufactured by Sea-RO out of Ft. Lauderdale, Fl.
The model is NN-300. This is a separate component system rated at 300 gallons per day [per 24 hours].
My system is putting out 12 gallons per hour at 800 psi. My company is the exclusive distributor for these systems here in the northwest, and would be glad to show anybody my installation if interested. My boat is located in Brownsville. And thank you every body for the nice comments....
