We’ve had Our Journey for almost 5 full seasons now. We spend about 40 nights a year on the water plus a night or two a year at an interstate rest stop while trailering.
In thinking about all the different places we’ve cruised to, I wondered how many different places we’ve been to in Our Journey. The total turns out to be 72 unique locations. We have been to a bunch of favorite places, like tonight at Roche Harbor, many many times. That’s an average of 15 new-to-us marinas, mooring buoys or anchorages each year. With Canada closed these past two seasons it’s been more challenging to add to our list in 2020 and 2021.
I know a number of folks have taken their Tugs to Alaska and done the Great Loop in them. I assume they have visited many, many unique locations.
I am curious if our travels are typical. So, how many new-to-you places a year to you spend at least one night enjoying?
