It started moving very slowly and then tripping the fuse located above the two speed on/off switch. When I reset, it will move about a little and then trip the switch again. Any thoughts on the best way to troubleshoot? I was thinking of taking the motor out and connecting it to 12 volts to see of it works smoothly when not on the boat circuitry. If it doesn't, I'm thinking it's the motor. Any thoughts?Connerkip":1pba9yfr said:What symptom is the wiper motor exhibiting if you don't mind me asking?
Here's what I found.Connerkip":1ub571u4 said:Mine was acting similarly. There was a factory wiring problem with two speed wipers for a few years. I'm not sure your motor is bad. I'll send you my email address via PM and I'll be able to share more info. So you can check.
