C26 2013 Fresh water pump location

I am trying to hunt down a low water pressure on my C26. The pressure to the wash sink is fine but the kitchen sink is very low.
I am having difficulty finding the water pump. According to the plan it should be on starboard under the captains seat but there is no access. A mechanic and I hear the pump running, but it is on port side, again, with no clear access. What am I missing? (This is a very early edition, hull #19)
Any ideas.

You will have to remove the carpeted panels in the front of cave. The screw heads are buried in the carpet so you will have to feel around to find them. I would guess the low pressure at the galley sink is due to debris in the faucet head. If I remember correctly there are screens where the water hose connects to the copper lines on the faucet.
