Wiper motor replacement

Anyone have a difficult time setting wiper set screw when installing new wiper motor. Also noticed once mounted, wiper blade doesn’t stay in contact with windshield.
Any tips?
 
What model boat is the new motor installed on?

Ok, they are tough to set and adjust. How far way is the wiper from the glass. Also, what year is the boat?

The 1/2” away .. 2020 tug
 
Wiper a 1/2” away .. can’t get to set screw with visor in the way
