Wild Horse Island

Over night anchored out in cove at Wild Horse island. On to Polson for lunch, Back to Eagle Bend Marina. The lake is about 30 miles long with lots of bays and inlets. up to about 300 foot deep. Run north and south. Black tail Does with thier spotted fawns played in the waning sun. While wild sheep grazed on the distant slopes. Notice of bear posted in camp ground. Stating do not molest or disturb. Keep dogs on a short rope.
